Is there a Buffalo, Wyoming?

Yes. And bison live near there, unlike Buffalo, NY.

Partially true. GMSV will reveal that several bison live near the junction of I-90 and I-190 in Buffalo, NY.  :bigass:

I'm kind of hoping this is some kind of inside joke for people familiar with the Buffalo area, but . . . for my sake, what do you mean?

The Buffalo Zoo has American Bison among its animals.

Well, unless they got out, then I'm pretty sure they don't live near the 90/190 junction.
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.

Looks like about three miles as the buffalo roams.  That's near as seen from Seattle.

Routing I-90 to Buffalo resulted in less total Interstate construction, since I-25 didn't have to be built north of there.
Care to explain this mumble-jumble?

Saying Bison live near Buffalo, Wyoming has the same meaning as saying that the that the Detroit Lions play near domestic cats.

Clearly you underestimate the depravity that the city of Detroit can bring.

This seems like a good time to point out that bison aren't actually buffalo.  It's just what explorers decided to call them when they discovered them here, because they kind of looked like buffalo.  And the name has stuck here.

Sam

Don't forget these are Thruway buffalo, so they're independently maintained.
