US 70 Temp existed from c. 1947 to 1956, and ran along today's US 59/71/371, AR 27 and US 278 (then AR 4.) It ran through Murfreesboro, Nashville, and Lockesburg. The new US 70 was completed through Dierks in 1956 and the temporary designation was removed. Is there a page for this highway on any of the US highway sites? After all, it was a US highway for almost 10 years.
