Unusual SPUI

Not so much the SPUI but the c/d ramps on I-55 how they pass around the interchange instead of the exit ramps to the SPUI being on the outside of all.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

The C/D ramps are like that (going under the SPUI) because the I-55/I-255 interchange is nearby and the C/D ramps also serve that interchange. Really bad weaving issues would exist without that ramp arrangement.

It seems like something similar might be a good idea at the nearby exit 1B on I-255. Also, and this is totally irrelevant, I think 1C is superfluous.
