Title: I-44 Temporarily Closed in Lawton
Post by: Bobby5280 on October 16, 2020, 12:18:44 PM
This morning I-44 was closed in Lawton between the Cache Road and Lee Blvd exits, disrupting a good bit of Friday morning rush hour traffic. A pedestrian had jumped off a Gore Blvd bridge into the main lanes of I-44 (Westbound lanes apparently, judging from local news photos). OHP worked at the scene for a few hours. The highway is now re-opened to traffic.

I've removed the off-color/offensive commentary here. This is a sensitive topic - let's try to keep responses respectful of that.

They should've worn a mask.

This topic doesn't really have anything to do with roads, let's move on.
