One, has there been any other pooling of resources to increase patrols along a single highway across state lines? Two, what's going to happen if accidents increase on parallel highways such as I-78 in Pennsylvania and New Jersey?

It's been done by Maryland and Virginia State Police along the Capital Beltway.
