Forgive the wording of this topic. To guide you, I'll provide an example right out of the gate.
On the Eastbound Indiana Toll Road (I-90 only at this point), there are signs that read, "Interstate 94, US 6, Indiana 51: Lake Station/Detroit, xx miles." What is not mentioned, however, is that I-80 west is part of this interchange. I-80 east, which joins I-90, is mentioned only in fleeting on an overhead trailblazer. Granted, I'm sure this move was done to avoid confusing drivers with "wrong way" movements (a large majority of drivers using this exit transition to I-94 east unless they wish to use Indiana 51).
Are there any examples such as these you have come across in your journeys? Let me know here. Thank you in advance for your responses, as always.
I've certainly come across different destinations for the same (all-movements) exit, because a different exit better serves some of that traffic in one of the directions. In terms of not mentioning a route? NJ 44 is omitted from NB Exit 21 (in fact, every exit after 14): www.alpsroads.net/roads/nj/i-295/n.html, but is mentioned in SB Exits 21, 20, and 19: www.alpsroads.net/roads/nj/i-295/s.html
