New York City has a Terrace Avenue (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Terrace+Ave,+Staten+Island,+NY&hl=en&sll=40.697488,-73.979681&sspn=0.532039,0.992889&oq=terrace+a&hnear=Terrace+Ave,+Staten+Island,+Richmond,+New+York+10309&t=m&z=16), Terrace Street (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Terrace+Street,+Bronx,+NY&hl=en&sll=40.526073,-74.208993&sspn=0.008335,0.015514&oq=terrace+s&hnear=Terrace+St,+Bronx,+New+York+10464&t=m&z=16), Terrace Place (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Terrace+Place,+Brooklyn,+NY&hl=en&sll=40.857864,-73.790195&sspn=0.008293,0.015514&oq=terrace+p&hnear=Terrace+Pl,+Brooklyn,+Kings,+New+York+11218&t=m&z=16), and Terrace Drive (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Terrace+Drive,+New+York,+NY&hl=en&ll=40.773766,-73.971291&spn=0.008304,0.015514&sll=40.812672,-73.905416&sspn=0.016727,0.031028&oq=terrace+&hnear=Terrace+Dr,+New+York&t=m&z=16). Terrace Avenue is a common name found in a lot of places, actually.

Pennsylvania has a couple of Street Roads: one (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Street+Road,+Cornwells+Heights-Eddington,+PA&hl=en&sll=40.19461,-75.279007&sspn=0.268018,0.496445&oq=street+ro&hnear=Street+Rd,+Cornwells+Heights-Eddington,+Bucks,+Pennsylvania+19020&t=m&z=15) two (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Street+Road,+Newtown+Square,+PA&hl=en&sll=39.925799,-75.621986&sspn=0.134539,0.248222&oq=street+roa&hnear=Street+Rd,+Newtown+Square,+Pennsylvania+19073&t=m&z=15)
And in sort of the same vein The Bronx has a Longstreet Avenue (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Longstreet+Avenue,+Bronx,+NY&hl=en&ll=40.817057,-73.805208&spn=0.016596,0.031028&sll=40.817382,-73.803277&sspn=0.016596,0.031028&oq=longs&hnear=Longstreet+Ave,+Bronx,+New+York+10465&t=m&z=15).

But I can't find an example of the name and suffix being the same.

Toronto has an Avenue Road (I've always wondered whether that's "Av. Road" or "Avenue Rd."). But yeh, can't think of one where both words are the same.

Wasn't that like PR 11A at one time?

NJ has a couple of Boulevards. Just Boulevard. Google Maps turns up a few Road Roads, but I don't trust any of them.

The City of Fond du Lac, WI has a 'Court St'.  It's in front of the city-county building.

Also, the City of Appleton, WI has a lengthy residential street across its north side called 'Parkway Blvd'.  I grew up three blocks north of it.

Flint, MI has Court St., it carries M-21 through about half the city, past the court house.

LaConner, WA has Road St.

I have seen in a few places, Broadway Way signed.  Of course the existence of Broadway and Broad St. in Seattle is quite confusing anyway.

As an extension of this, US 250 in Goochland County and part of Louisa County (and Henrico County into the early 1990s) is Broad Street Road. There are also two Boulevards in the Greater Richmond area: VA 161 in Richmond from just north of I-95/64 to Byrd Park, and US 1/301 in Colonial Heights.

In another area of the country, part of IL 29 in Sangamon County is "North Walnut Street Road", and there is a North 9th Street Road if I recall correctly.

Bismarck ND has a Boulevard Ave.

As does Peoria, IL.

Iowa City has a tendency to label small alleys off of major streets as "X" Ct. (Scott Ct., Rochester Ct., etc.) However, the small alley off of Court St. is just called Court St. Pl.

Kankakee, Illinois does as well as IL-17, and for the exact same reason, but through the entire city, east to west.

If you want lots of "Avenue Drives," "Street Places," etc, I've got the city for you. (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Hickory,+NC&hl=en&ll=35.736428,-81.339748&spn=0.009458,0.021136&sll=36.214862,-81.680663&sspn=0.018801,0.042272&oq=Hickory&t=h&hnear=Hickory,+Catawba,+North+Carolina&z=16)

There's also Cary Street Road, VA 147 between I-195 and Three Chopt.

Williamsburg, VA has a Parkway Drive, former VA 163.

Quite a few ___ Street Road in the Midwest, usually rural extensions of city streets.

Court Street is a rather common one I'm sure.

The Columbus area has Lane Avenue, Lane Road, Parkway Lane, Hardy Parkway Street...  I feel like I'm missing one...

Yes to the rural extensions... but usually, in Kansas, they keep Street, Rd, etc., or become Rd, not the doubling up thing. One I CAN think of is Ohio Street Road in Butler Co., outside of of Towanda. It is Ohio St. in Augusta, but once out of the city limits, the county tacked on Road.

Yes, it's more common not to double up the name, but a few counties here and there do the doubling.

Pennsylvania has a couple of Street Roads

Seeinashow nobody has actually come up with a "winner", I say the consolation prize goes to this one.  "Street Road" is nearly as retarded as "Court Court".  "Road Street" would, IMO, tie for the prize.
