I was noticing that US 192 (one of the many intrastate US routes that give some forum users as much indigestion as the Breezewood traffic light does) has no turns whatsoever. You can ride its entire length from US 27 to FL A1A in a straight run without making any turns to stay on its route. Even pre 1971 when US 192 began in Kissimmee at US 17 & 92 with US 441 tagging along its beginning it was a straight run as well.
I was wondering are there any other such US designations that do not make any turns like US 192 in its entire run?
US 163. US 199.

US 199.
Currently, yes. As well as originally when it ended at US 99. But for a while in between it had a couple of turns in Grants Pass.
A few of the Maine US 1A's fall into this category, including the long one in the NE corner of the state. Though I don't know how you feel about allowing A's into the mix.
I believe the southern segment of US-395 in California requires no turns from its southern terminus at I-15 to where it crosses into Nevada, near Topaz Lake.

It exits left southbound at SR 14.
It does, but it's a freeway-like junction. I didn't really count it as a turn since you're not making a hard left. But yes, I suppose that would invalid it.
does the northbound curve at US-6 count as "keeping the same alignment"? I'll bet at one point one was forced to make a left turn, and then they increased the radius of curvature... but I still feel like it turns off itself.
US 131 will qualify, once the bypass of Constantine is finished. But perhaps that's less impressive for a US route that's 60% freeway.
So close...US 171. All but one turn off in DeRidder, although the highway used to have many more before it was 4 laned and bypassed the smaller towns.

but that's a 50-50 split.

Hmmm, the right lane is the new one. But then signs show diagonal arrows for US 395 and down arrows for SR 14.

However, it is impressive given US-131's length when compared to the others listed here.
US 113 does this.
