Title: NJ 284 mile markers
Post by: ap70621 on October 16, 2013, 08:59:01 AM
NJDOT has recently replaced all the mile markers along NJ 284 with new ones every .5 mile. Both the mile and half mile markers are of the same style. I have seen this style before for half miles but have always seen the standard "Mile XX" on the mile. Is this a new NJ standard or just a mistake?

Interesting they are using the small NJDOT issue TMMs. Not that its a bad thing, I prefer them over the new 2009 MUTCD style. Its likely a mistake as I haven't seen that style used for anything but tenth mile marking.

I knew you would have the answer Steve. It was my gut feeling that it was a mistake.
