Poll
Question: What is your position on the use of cell phones for voice communications by drivers? (Note that this does NOT include texting, only voice calls)
Option 1: There should be no restrictions on the use of cell phones by drivers.
Option 2: Cell phone usage by drivers should be restricted to hands-free devices only.
Option 3: I prefer no restrictions, but can live with requiring hands-free devices.
Option 4: Cell phone usage by drivers should be banned, even with the use of hands-free devices.

OK, let's just do a poll. Only one answer is allowed per voter and you can change your vote if you want. You don't have to explain or defend your position if you don't want to, it'll just be interesting to see the results without the usual accompanying discussion/arguments.

Note that this does NOT concern texting, e-mailing, social media updating, etc. Only voice calls.

You should switch the order of the 2nd and 3rd options.

Agreed. That order is a bit confusing.

And I felt just the opposite; the order as presented makes perfect sense to me.
