Who does it get reported to?
Try the Township, and if that doesn't work try the county. Looks like that sign is missing the actual warning diamond, leaving behind a supplemental plaque.
Stop Ahead sign missing.
Scrolling to the intersection, there is a stop sign with a no right turn sign, then a double arrow sign at the back of the intersection, saying you must turn left or right.
First make sure it's actually still missing.

I was going to say intersection geometry warning sign. do stop aheads typically have the intersecting street on a supplemental plaque?

The 2009 MUTCD does allow the use of an advance street name plate with either an intersection geometry sign (W2 series) or an advance traffic control sign (W3 series). However, until reading this thread, I'd never seen or heard of this practice.
