C5 part 2
Expressways and freeways are not rare in other countries. There are quite a lot.
Just so you know, since there are no at-grade intersections at all in the first video, some people will use the word "freeway" for what you showed instead of using the word "expressway".

I know that Its just something to see
TIL EDSA is at least part freeway. But EDSF doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well. :P
In the Philippines, "expressway" is actually considered equivalent to "freeway". (Actually, "freeway" is mostly unheard of, "motorway" even more so.) Examples: NLEx, SLEx, SCTEx, TPLEx are all freeways. I would think that they don't call them freeways because of the confusion that might be caused by all of them being tolled.
Also, note that this is supposed to be a freeway, which should be an 80~100 km/h road, yet the speeds rarely go past 60, especially in the most traveled areas (around Makati and Quezon City are the worst).

I called C-5 Limited access road but I'm not the person filming. I was thinking arterial or the San Jose criteria for Expressways in CA.
