This is very interesting.
Nearby, there is an old road with a RR underpass that is obviously the old US 90. That alignment had been bypassed by 1940.

However, nearby, you can see an old road/driveway that is concrete. It is very overgrown and broken up. What is very strange is that part of it appears to be an old divided road.

Good find
That is curious
Interesting–but I don't think it's really anything of note–highway-wise.
I found this 1964 aerial photo of the same area, and there's no sign of any pavement there at that time, so if this road had anything to do with the old US 90 alignment or was an aged public road in its own right, it almost certainly would have been there by '64.
My guess is that either the road is really a gravel lane (and just looks like cracked old concrete in the relatively poor satellite photo), or it was a cheap, thin concrete driveway laid sometime in the late '60s or '70s and quickly deteriorated.
As to the short section the looks like a dual carriageway–your guess is as good as mine.

It looks more like two glorified tire tracks than anything else. I'd hit "ignore."
Well, I think it's cool, and I'm curious.. Sure looks like concrete when viewed via GSV from the E Street Charles St looking thru the gate....
