Title: StreetView: Blast from the Past
Post by: rickmastfan67 on April 27, 2014, 01:31:26 AM
http://google-latlong.blogspot.com/2014/04/go-back-in-time-with-street-view.html

You can now go back in time if the location had old StreetView imagery.  Very helpful when you want a picture of an old road sign. :bigass:

Unfortunately, it only works if you are a regular user of the new Google Maps. No availability in classic Google Maps.

I've found that IE displays the new Google Maps without much (or any, really) problems.

I wonder if you have to be using the "new" Google Maps for the feature to work? (Probably.)

...wait, that's not something I wanted to be right about.  :-/

But yeah, there's already a thread about this (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=12189.0) in Off-Topic.
