Title: US 64/67E/67W in Searcy, AR
Post by: bugo on May 31, 2014, 11:09:26 PM
In 1930 US 64 was extended east from Conway, AR along US 67.  When US 67 split into 67E and 67W in Searcy, which leg did US 64 take?

That would be White County. Perhaps find a county map for that time frame? If nothing else, perhaps the Searcy Library might have some info?

The county maps omit US 64 from that stretch of road, as it was US 67 (and 67E/67W) before US 64 came along (it ended in Conway for several years).  I don't have time to visit the Searcy library so that is out of the question.
