Title: I have some 1922 maps if anyone is interested in seeing them
Post by: clairecates on June 15, 2014, 10:41:07 AM
These are all from my granddad's 1922 trip from NC to LA and back.

Union Pacific Hwy Guide book

Arizona Auto Club Map

Utah State Map (with surrounding states)

TIB Guide to Colorado and the Pacific

If anyone uses them, all I ask is to add a link back to my website that documents my Granddad's trip.

Those are neat.  I like old maps.  The one of Utah I found very interesting since I have covered a lot of the state on local roads more than once especially the southeast.

I find retracing your grandfather's trip very cool.

Always interesting to look at and compare "what was" and "what is"... thanks for sharing.
