Sounds like Waffle House being called Waffle & Steak in Indiana until about 10 years ago.
And the filming location of "Coming to America" was at a Wendy's restaurant. :D
It could reminds also of the last Burger Chef surviving until 1996 well after all other Burger Chef was shut down.
