Happened over a month ago, but the exhibits are still up: Link (http://www.news.iowadot.gov/pim/2014/05/i-3580-and-iowa-141-interchange-rider-corner-polk-county-may-29-2014.html)
Interesting. None of these are particularly great options, but Alt 1 is the least bad. The cloverleaf ramps are where this interchange bottlenecks, sometimes the north/eastbound outside lane backs up to Meredith during evening rush, so removing them is for the best.
Hard to choose between alternative 2 and 4 with the c-d ramps and service road set-up.
