Title: IowaDOT Public Meeting for I-35/I-80 at IA 141 interchange

Interesting.  None of these are particularly great options, but Alt 1 is the least bad.  The cloverleaf ramps are where this interchange bottlenecks, sometimes the north/eastbound outside lane backs up to Meredith during evening rush, so removing them is for the best.

Hard to choose between alternative 2 and 4 with the c-d ramps and service road set-up.
