I know there are a few cities that have interstates that serve them with the same first number (doesn't matter if it is 2di or 3di). It doesn't have to be a interstate that DIRECTLY serves the city... if the interstate comes close (for example, 15 miles from the city center) that still count because that interstate serves the area. What you need to do:
Name of the city
Interstates that the city have (it must begin with the first number, ex: I-20).
Cities that come out of my mind:
Binghamton, NY: Served by I-81, I-86 and I-88
Boston, MA: Served by I-90, I-93, and I-95
Cincinnati, OH: Served by I-71, I-74, and I-75.
New Haven, CT: Served by I-91 and I-95
Harrisburg, PA: Served by I-81 and I-83 (although I-76 does, but it doesn't count because it doesn't start with 8)
Any other cities?
Green Bay and Milwaukee: (future) US(I)-41 and I-43 (I-94 does not count for Milwaukee)
Madison I-90, I-94 (I-39 does not count); US routes 12, 14, 18, 151 (51 does not count)
Chicago (triple up) I-55, I-57; I-90, I-94; I-290, I-294 (others do not count)
Louisville: I-64 & I-65
Birmingham: I-20 & I-22
Indianapolis: I-65 & I-69; I-70 & I-74
Sikeston, MO & Chicago: I-55 & I-57

Fort Worth: I-30 & I-35W
San Antonio: I-35 & I-37
Columbus, OH: I-70 & I-71
Honolulu: H-2 and H-201. Having the same first number for routes only about five miles apart was trotted out as a lame excuse for initially leaving H-201 unsigned.
Charleston, WV: I-77 and I-79
Lexington, KY: US 25 and US 27; US 60 and US 68
Paducah, KY: US 60, US 62 and US 68
Wickliffe, KY and Versailles, KY: US 60 and US 62

Asheboro, NC: I-73 and I-74

Evansville, IN: I-64 and future I-69
Indianapolis, IN: I-65 and I-69
Champaign, IL: I-72 and I-74
Davenport, Rock Island, Mollie, IL area: I-80 and I-88
Detroit: I-94 and I-96
Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN I-90/94
Philadelphia: US 1, US 13, US 130
I think 130 is close enough to Philadelphia.
Mobile, AL: I-10 and I-165 along with US 43 and US 45 with US 90 and US 98 as well
Sylacauga, AL: US 231 and US 280 (same alignment through there, but it still counts) It's the same for Childersburg, AL, Harpersville, AL, and any other town where US 231 and US 280 share an alignment.
Gadsden, AL: US 411 and US 431
Troy, AL: US 29 and US 231

Providence, RI: I-195 and US 1
Buffalo, NY: I-90/I-990, US 20/US 20A/US 219
Are we allowed to mix them as well?
If so, then I have the following:
Joliet, IL: US-6, former US-66; US-52, I-55 (and including state routes, IL-53, IL-59)
Kankakee, IL: US-52, former US-54, I-57 (with state route IL-50)
Oswego, IL: US-30, US-34
Mendota, IL: US-51, US-52
Chicago: US-12, US-14, I-190 (with state routes IL-1, IL-19, IL-171)
Cairo, IL: US-60, US-62
Sandoval, IL: US-50, US-51
Pontoon Beach, IL: I-255, I-270
Effingham, IL: US-40, US-45
Danville, IL: US-136, US-150 (with state route IL-1)
Davenport, IA: US-6, US-61, US-67
Trenton NJ: US 1 and US 130 or US 1 and I-195 (enters the Trenton suburbs which I think should count)
If we're counting 2di's AND 3di's then US 13 and US 113 in Pocomoke City, Md, count. I feel like this example is cheaty, though, given the latter is a child of the former.
More in NJ:
US 22, US 202, and US 206 in Somerville (and if you want, throw I-287 there as well, considering it's only a few miles away from Somerville in Bridgewater Township!)
US 22 and I-280 in Newark (assuming you can mix and match)
US 1 and US 130 in New Brunswick (already used for Trenton...)
Alma, AR has I-49 and I-40.
Joplin, MO has I-49 and I-44.

Manchester: M60, M61, M62, M66, M67, M602
I am only counting route systems that are their country's equivalent of Interstates.
Ontario's 400 series would be cheating
How about consecutive numbers? My faves are:
Sikeston MO (which has US 60, 61, 62), and
Toledo OH (which had US 23, 24, 25 until 1974, when US 25 was truncated).
Metro NY also has:
278, 295, 287, 280.
678, 695 (they even almost touch)
895, 878
495, unsigned 478
Would it be cheating to include Lumberton, NC and I-74 and US 74?

Already mentioned, hence "also."
Although U.S. 87 is essentially unsigned in Colorado, and U.S. 85 is only signed on segments independent of I-25, U.S. 85 and 87 are concurrent from the New Mexico line to Castle Rock. Thus, they are concurrent in Trinidad, Walsenburg, Pueblo, Fountain (the first place where U.S. 85 is posted independent of I-25), Colorado Springs, and Castle Rock south of where 85 takes off by itself. Denver has both U.S. 85 and 87 mostly on different alignments, with 87 following I-25 incognito. Cheyenne WY has U.S. 85 and 87, both of them signed; 87 is on I-25.
Las Vegas, NV: US 95 & US 93 (and formerly, US 91)
There are so many possibilities that we could go on forever, and probably will. Here are some obscure ones in Indiana that I don't think have been mentioned:
Kokomo: US-35, US-31.
Plymouth: US-30, US-31.
Ft. Wayne: US-30, US-33; US-24, US-27.
Huntington: US-24, US-224.
Decatur: US-27, US-224.
Also in Indianapolis: US-31, US-36; US-40, US-421.
Baltimore once had both US 111 and US 140.
Gettysburg once had US 15 and US 140.
Scranton once had US 6 and US 611.
Sikeston, MO still has US 60, 61, and 62.
Springfield, MO has US 60 and US 65 and once had US 66 into the mix as well.

Not only do 12, 14, 18, 151 count - they follow each other for a time.
Historical perspective - 43 had been 141 - making 141 and 151 in Manitowoc a former pair.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN I-90/94
I-90 splits from I-94 around Tomah, Wisconsin, and runs along extreme southern Minnesota about 90 miles or so south if I-94 (connected to MSP by I-35) - sorry...
I know KC was mentioned upthread, but there's more.
I-49, I-435, I-470, US 40
US 50, US 56
I-29, US 24
I-70, US 71
And counting the outskirts of town (but still within I-435), there's also I-670, I-635 and US 69.
My city Fontana, CA has I-15 and I-10. Also has I-215 a few miles away and future interstate State Route 210.
