Rule: You may only post one band name per turn. Someone else has to go next with the next highest integer.
Rule: Please try to come up with this on your own without using Google.
Non-rule: Number can be spelled out or as a symbol.
Rule: Homophones not allowed. "Won" for one, "Too" for two, etc. Sorry.
Non-rule: If you have band names with things like "e" or "pi", go ahead if you like.
Start:
Return to Zero
1 Direction
Boyz II Men
(roman numerals are numbers too)
3 Dog Night
Fab 4 (Beatles)
ooh, I see what you did there!
Jackson 5
Fab 6 (Beatles plus Pete Best and Fake Paul)
eve6
S Club 7
God, we're just shitting all over rules tonight.
Ooh, blasphemy.
Since Fab 6 isn't a band, I give Laura Eve 6. That leaves seven... Seven Mary Three. Go.
2 chains + 4 non blondes + 2pac = 8

You cheated by looking it up. If someone else knows one, they can chime in.

I do have a legit 16 and 17, though. So someone please post a 14 and 15 :)

They would only have had 2 minutes to do so (between the previous post and NE2's post).

That was what Alps planned on posting, but NE2 beat him to it.

Carbon 14.
Heard about them from a friend who visits the Delaware beaches on a regular basis. I have never heard any of their music.
Fifteen (the punk band).
Yayyyy husband!
16: 16 Candles (they're an 80's tribute band).
Husband, I know you can do 17 because 1983 British new wave ;)
Heaven 17. The core of the old Human League.
Hangar 18, a hip hop group.
I have to assume that somewhere there is a Steely Dan tribute band called "Hey Nineteen".
The Drop Nineteens
matchbox twenty
Sum 21
EDIT: wrong number, off by 20 :-(
Catch 22
Years ago (probably the late 90s) I was listening to an interview that a local radio station (106.3 "Modern Rock at the Jersey Shore" I think...) was having with the band and one of the band members seemingly convinced the young interviewer that a man named Joseph Heller had written a biography about them. The interviewer actually told everyone to go out and buy the band's bio "Catch 22". I don't think she got it.

It's actually Sum 41, but that's okay, I have another 21 band: 21st Century Schizoid Band.
