The video was produced by Holt California this ride went from Napa Downtown Freeway to CA-29 @ CA-12.
Its amazing that this video ends at the approximate epicenter location of the 2014 American Canyon Quake that the USGS and Caltech pointed to back in August.

How long before those signalized intersections are replaced by freeway interchanges?  Are any 6-laning proposals out there?

Napa is pretty anti commuter... the existing commuters are tolerated, but they don't want to make it easier to be a bedroom community for the more urban bay area.  I wouldn't expect interchanges, much less 6-laning, anytime soon.  If they couldn't get the interchanges built in the more pro-car 1960s, they certainly won't now.
