1. I-80 eastbound (evening) leaving SF onto the Bay Bridge
2. I-880 southbound (morning) from around I-238 south toward San Jose
3. US 101 southbound (evening) from Palo Alto toward San Jose
4. I-80 westbound (morning) from Hercules southeast toward the Bay Bridge toll plaza
5. I-680 northbound (evening) generally through San Ramon Valley into Walnut Creek
6. I-580 west (morning) from Altamont Pass toward Pleasanton and Dublin
7. I-680 north (evening) from Fremont over Sunol Grade toward SR 84 east split
8. I-80 east (evening) from Bay Bridge through Maze toward Richmond
9. SR 24 east (evening) from Oakland toward Caldecott Tunnels
10. US 101 north (evening) from SR 84 to SR 92
Interesting read. I was a bit surprised to see that the commute on 101 wasn't extended further north. I'm not a Bay Area resident, but I'd imagine that 101 southbound can be pretty bad leaving downtown heading towards SFO and eventually San Jose.

I'm surprised 101 between the SF/San Mateo county line and the 101/80 split wasn't mentioned. It's always been particularly bad during the PM rush hour.
