TDOT is having a contest to choose creative messages for it's statewide VMS signs.
The initial message "nominations" period has ended and TDOT has now announced their finalists. Voting ends Feb 6th.

I voted for the "DON'T BE A PAIN! SIGNAL FIRST TO CHANGE A LANE" one. I've seen way too much of people failing to turn on their blinkers when changing lanes. But all of those messages were pretty good I must say ;-)
