Looks like someone accidentally put the cursor after the B in business and started to type "reciate", even though I know the error was caused by putting the wrong sign in the wrong spot. Whoever did that should get fired. I don't understand how you could mess that up. :-D
Looks to me more like the message was split across four panels, and whoever put it up did it in 1-3-2-4 order.
I suspect that the sign installers didn't know English.
