Title: Bomb Scare Briefly Shuts Down Atlanta's Downtown Connector

As reported in this article (http://www.ajc.com/news/news/police-suspicious-package-on-14th-street-bridge/nj3NF/), a suspicious package on the 14th Street bridge achieved a result similar to the one arising from the protest discussed in this thread (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=14474.0).
