Title: Proof that the S in OK 77S stands for "scenic"

"SH-77 Scenic is closed where it crosses the Lake Murray spillway at the south end of the lake."

This was common knowledge but this is evidence indicating that the S in OK 77S stands for "scenic".

Proof?  That news people usually don't know their head from a hole in the ground when it comes to roads?  That I would agree with.

I don't think they would come up with that without being specifically told it was "scenic". They would have just said "OK 77S".

It probably does stand for "scenic", but the "H" in Oklahoma 77H probably stands for "Hollywood", and that doesn't make it a Hollywood-bannered route.

It's just 77S, not Scenic 77.

I cannot confirm that the "P" on OK 412P doesn't stand for "poo".

"Porting is cool" doesn't have the same ring to it.
