I would like to know, has anyone seen examples of logo signs in one state advertising services at an exit in another state?
Looking at ADOT's Grand Canyon State Logo Signs website, I actually discovered that they actually have two logo signs on I-15 advertising services for Exit 122 in Mesquite, Nevada on the Arizona side of the border. I presume the businesses who signed up for these signs must have deep enough pockets to feel it is worthwhile to pay both Nevada Logos as well as GCSLS to advertise on both sides of the state lines.
In truth, as far as state DOTs go, ADOT is actually benefitting more than NDOT, since ever since ADOT took full control of the state's logo sign program they now receive 100% of the logo sign revenue. Nevada's logo sign program on the other hand is privatized (operated by Lamar subsidiary Nevada Logos), and in the current contract NDOT only receives 20% of the total revenue. It's a bit ironic that a business in Nevada would be giving more revenue to Arizona than their own state.
I think there are blue logo signs in Kentucky on southbound I-75 for the US 25W exit in Jellico, Tenn.

Going to the Kentucky Logos website, there does not appear to be any logo signs for that exit on the Kentucky side of the border (their website has an interactive map for every logo sign in the state). Perhaps those signs you saw might be owned by Law Signs (the logo sign contractor for Tennessee), who may have signed an agreement with the state of Kentucky to allow the installation of the signs on their side of the border.

What is now exit 357 on I-69 in Indiana is less than a mile south of the Michigan state line. I know the 1-mile advance sign southbound is in Michigan, and I remember a logo sign on southbound I-69 within Michigan. Google Street View confirms that there was one in October 2008.
All of the logo signs for Indiana Exits 156B-A (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.828773,-84.782635,3a,66.8y,322.31h,80.25t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sfx7yJgNa0tbDPPi9Y_fwRg!2e0) westbound on I-70 are in Ohio. Exit 156B returns you to Ohio immediately anyway, so there is at least one business in Ohio whose logo is on a sign in Ohio via an exit in Indiana.

The only signing on the MassPike westbound for services in New York state is a generic sign indicating "Full Service Truck Stop at New York Exit B3". It's located prior to MassPike Exit 1 for West Stockbridge.

I-84 Exit 1 near Port Jervis, NY. It has some gas stations that are probably on the logo signs that are in New Jersey as the state line is just south of I-84 by a few hundred feet.

Even though the exit is half in Pennsylvania, the attraction being advertised is in Maryland. It looks as if the antique store advertised doesn't have a corresponding sign in PA for southbound traffic.
And if you're just referring to the Maryland insignia on Attractions signs in general–this doesn't seem to be terribly uncommon. New York has the I♥NY logos on blue attractions signs, Ontario has a stylized provincial logo on attractions signs... I know I've seen them elsewhere as well.

The exit 1 ramp is in Pennsylvania - the Welcome to PA sign is actually still in Maryland (the dividing line is the center stripe on PA 163). The attraction advertised is in Maryland, but why would you enter Pennsylvania just to re-enter Maryland? Couldn't you use exit 9 or exit 10?
