Title: State Highway 112 Corridor Study

This morning the Arkansas Highway Commission accepted the Highway 112 Corridor Study for Washington and Benton Counties.

Is that 3-way stop at 112 and Van Asche going to be permanent? I've not been through there in a while and it caught me by surprise.

Fayetteville is doing work on extending Van Asche east.  I hope AHTD fixes that weird intersection with 112.

I like the study!  I still think a "Western Bypass" is needed in the future.
Adding that 3rd lane is a drop in the bucket to I-49 in NWA.

Funny in a way to see 112 get the upgrade treatment, when it almost did 30 years ago. 112 was basically one of the alternate choice for upgrading US71 to Bella Vista.
