I hope it is not too late, I just found out last night the the SW PA MPO has a public submission form for transportation improvements. What better place to solicit respondents than here.

Wow, this could be very useful. Obviously this won't improve the DOT's financial situations, but it will at least give us an outlet to voice our concerns.
