Don't know if this is the place to post it, but I've noticed that many of the handicapped parking signs at Cherry Hill Mall have a sticker reading "No Regrets" covering the word "Penalty".

Is there some deeper meaning to this I'm not getting?
Probably some vandal did that.
What is $250 times the number of "No Regrets" stickers on these signs? $10000?
It's the new disclaimer against any ticket appeals. "You consented to no regrets when you parked in the space."
