Title: Roads in (southern) Missouri
Post by: TravelingBethelite on August 12, 2015, 01:30:51 PM
I'll be visiting in ~2 months, specifically south central MO, around Douglas and Webster Counties. What shape are the roads currently in? All I'm aware of is that MODOT just finished upgrading US 60 across the state. Thanks.

Do you mean in terms of condition, in terms of interesting things to see, recently built things, or what?

I mean in general, though if I had to be specific, I'm wondering about conditions and/or recently-built things.

The new Springfield 60/65 interchange is pretty nifty, IMHO.  The 60E-to-65N flyover ramp is fairly tall; my kids enjoyed it.
