Within Philadelphia and parts of Delaware County, they have Do Not Enter signs with "SEPTA Only" and/or "Trolleys Only" or something like that written in the center. Wish I could find a picture of that.
Here it is;

I have seen times (like 7 AM - 3 PM for a school) inside Do Not Enter signs.
Another SEPTA related one:

Probably not what you intended, but when I was on a hike last week I saw a Do Not Enter sign on a trail with "SKIERS" written in the middle. Although I then was confused as to which group that sign bans - if it bans skiers or bans non-skiers from that trail - not that it mattered at this time of year.

Here's one for 3 PM- 6 PM (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.9045676,-75.305039,3a,75y,82.42h,71.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1szrsTCfWSokohePs-aEN_6w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656). Such is done as a means of discouraging through traffic using side streets as shortcuts during certain/peak hours.
Old thread, but I snapped a picture of one along 202nd Street in Queens that I've seen for years every time I walk either to the Q27 Bus or to Bayside's LIRR station. The thing is on a garage door. Should I post it?
This post is so old I thought I'd never find it, but I had to add another message to it:
What is in the middle of the Do Not Enter sign next to the Road Closed for Missile Test sign?

Seattle used to put the city's name in small print at the bottom of STOP and other signs. On DO NOT ENTER signs, the "Seattle" was a little bigger. Though not in the middle of the bar, when you left the Downtown Seattle Ferry Terminal, you used to see a sign across the street that said "DO NOT ENTER Seattle."

Oh, yeah. I see that here:

But thanks a lot.
Couldn't find any "sign art" threads (nor any recent threads specifically about stickers) so I guess this thread is where I'm going to put this piece from last week's CBS Sunday Morning since it technically sorta qualifies.

A sign in Lesotho (inside South Africa) with some improvised text:

If the intended meaning is "no taxis, no buses", the appropriate signs in the SADC Road Traffic Signs Manual seem like R224 and R227:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_signs_in_South_Africa#/media/File:SADC_road_sign_R227.svg
But if the intended meaning is "taxis and buses only", the SADC RTSM has R208, Unauthorized Vehicles Prohibited:
