WY 233 needs to be truncated to just north of Corral Creek Road.
I don't know if it would be too close, but there could potentially be another point on WY 94 just east of I-25, for those who never had reason to leave Douglas.
EDIT: WY 251 needs to be truncated at both ends; at the north end from the BL to W 27th St (south of Casper College), and at the south end from Strube Loop to FS 504, which is just slightly north.
Other than that it looks fine to me.
Might it be worth adding a shaping point to CO WY70? This way on maps it will show as actually fully entering Colorado. With only the two endpoints mapped the segment appears to sit on top of the state line.

I can verify the data for WYO 251 from the field.
I can tell you that aside from the WYO 251 fix, the rest of Natrona county looks good. WYO 59 is marked as ending at the right place (I think), though the "end state maintenance" sign is a bit before the marked end (again if memory serves, I don't get to Douglas that often). The others I'm familiar with look good too. I can't vouch for the whole state though.
I can't wait to see this go active.

Concur on 251

Also concur on 233 - you'll want to go 19.68 miles from the US-189 junction - terminus photo at the link below.

Missing WYO 77, which very much exists (with an AADT of 22!), unless it's been decommissioned in the last month:
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=1419
Missing WYO 74, unsigned but connects to a WYDOT bridge.
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=135
Missing WYO 14, which accesses the Laramie airport
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=264
Missing WYO 224, which serves WYDOT HQ
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=184
Really minor stuff, sorted in order of least to most asinine - let me know if this isn't too pedantic and I'll go through all of them, this is just a sampler:
WYO 72 ends on the west side of Elmo, not the east
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=932
WYO 31 should turn and head south through Hyattville to the bridge
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=953
WYO 73 ends at the curve heading into Bairoil, does not continue into town
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=931
WYO 35 should end just north of the railroad tracks
http://www.corcohighways.org/highways/wy/wyroutes/?p=948

The file for that looks to be here: http://tm.teresco.org/devel/hb.php?r=wy.wy077
And it was very much in the field in May, but of course I wasn't looking for it tonight as I've not been down it yet. :-o
Ohp, yeah, it is on the list. Not sure why I missed it. It's a neat drive - may very well be the least travelled paved road with a distance of at least 20 miles in America.

Wasn't that decommissioned a while back? The 2013 reference book says "to be given to the City of Laramie" and when I was there this summer there was no indication it existed.
Also, WY 34 ends at the Interstate, not the service road (which is state-maintained, but not a numbered route).
It's never been signed, but if the reference book says it was turned back then it probably was

It's on my list for a springtime drive. Or next time I need to go to Laramie. So much desolate (and beautiful) country that way.

Do list all of them, I think it will help.
Also, I think the routings are now correct on OpenStreetMap, so feel free to pull stuff from there.

I made files for these, IIRC (certainly I began to), but deleted them as unsigned state routes do not get added.

That's Rosebud Lane, rather than No Name St, turning right on that first photo, surely? GMSV shows that first picture's view at the east side of Elmo.
OSM says Elmo is inside the Hanna City Limits, and WYO72 ends at Rosebud Lane
It looks really awesome now!
Having been in Cheyenne recently, I wonder if WYO 219 shouldn't get another point at Dell Range Road. (I'll admit to some self-serving behavior on this, but having been in the field I'll explain.) I know it's really close to its origin point at Central Ave (aka US85_S), but the traffic routing there is *very* much oriented to putting cars from southbound US 85/87 to northbound WYO 219 onto westbound Dell Range Road and vice versa (well maybe more the second two steps) as if it were some sort of doglegged route from I-25 to the commercial strip on Dell Range Rd, which is a major commercial road in the area.
WY US30:
The WY215_N point is at the I-80(401) interchange instead of the WY215 junction.
I-80(401) is also there at slightly different coords, matching the coords in I-80 & I-80BL.
WY215_N's coords match the coords of the I-80 point on WY215.
The I-80(401) interchange needs the same coords in all four files, due to US30 leaving the I-80 duplex and joining the I-80BL `plex, and WY215 being concurrent with I-80BL/30.
Recommended solution (more precise coords):
I-80: reposition 401:
401 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.175763&lon=-104.075825
I-80BLPin: reposition I-80_W:
I-80_W http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.175763&lon=-104.075825
US30:
I-80(401) http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.175763&lon=-104.075825
WY215_N http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.176684&lon=-104.075825
WY215 stays as is.
Alternate solution (fewer files to edit):
I-80 stays as is.
I-80BLPin stays as is.
US30: reposition WY215_N only:
WY215_N http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.176684&lon=-104.075825
WY215: reposition I-80:
I-80 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=41.175876&lon=-104.075975
