I'm almost sure we have, since I've seen that article before (not sure how else I would have come across it).

At the risk of drawing a duplicate thread out further than it needs to go, I'll just point out how.... amusing it is that most of the "information" in the "article" is either just plain incorrect, or it doesn't actually break any rules.
