Basically, information on the PA 662 (http://www.wfmz.com/news/news-regional-berks/route-662-closure-cause-for-concern-in-fleetwood/37969312) closure in Fleetwood that ultimately was a minor effect on the road meet today for those that followed PA 12 to Pricetown from Reading. (it may have just been the car I was in)
EDIT: I do not know how I mixed the destinations up, but it seems that the police is being forced to crack down on people that are continuing to drive PA 662 (http://www.wfmz.com/news/news-regional-berks/fleetwood-police-boosting-patrols-around-route-662-construction-zone/39344084) anyway.
