Parts of the new White River Bridge (http://www.arktimes.com/ArkansasBlog/archives/2016/06/22/a-bridge-too-snakebit-update-on-clarendons-new-bridge) near Clarendon appear to have been incorrectly installed. This about par for Arkansas.

This is the interchange known as "El Sarape" in Saltillo, at the junction of Luis EcheverrÃa Ãlvarez & Fundadores.
The bridge is a source of pride for Saltillo, because it was designed locally.
