Title: Bridge Parts Upside Down

Parts of the new  White River Bridge (http://www.arktimes.com/ArkansasBlog/archives/2016/06/22/a-bridge-too-snakebit-update-on-clarendons-new-bridge) near Clarendon appear to have been incorrectly installed. This about par for Arkansas.

This was described to me by a bridge engineer as having "inverted T caps".

This is the interchange known as "El Sarape" in Saltillo, at the junction of Luis Echeverría Álvarez & Fundadores.

The bridge is a source of pride for Saltillo, because it was designed locally.

As I recall, during the Queen Elizabeth II coronation, the orientation of the crown may or may not have been 180 degrees off.
