Many are rail and non-road related - many road projects are complete streets, grade separations etc. Guam and the Virgin Islands receive grants.
Specific larger road related in addition to the deck over Crosstown (579) in Pittsburgh is $10 million for an I-25 project in Colorado (Ft. Collins/Loveland area).
