Back in September, I embarked on my only out-of-town roadtrip of 2016! It focused primarily on Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota - a people's park!
These 173 photos and videos cover 7 states, and you're gonna peep every one of them until your face flies off in public...

Theodore Roosevelt National Park might be the only saving grace that I-94 has from keeping it from being in the running for "most boring" Interstate. There are some nice views of I-94 blowing through the canyons between Medora and the park boundary:

I was up there myself this past summer as part of a circular trip through the Rockies. I branched east to hit the Dakotas to knock out some National Parks I had never been to. I would rate Theodore Roosevelt ahead of Badlands probably since there so much more color in the surroundings.
