Here's some interesting figures more people watched the NFL draft than even the NBA playoffs according to this article.
I don't like the new format with the broadcast, I used to love to sit on the couch all weekend downing beers. Now the first round is in prime time on a Thursday when I usually am either working or going somewhere the next day. I'll usually catch the picks up until the Lions in the first round and go to bed, I'll read the rest or have it on as background noise.

I just catch up on the draft on reddit, the pats did not pick until the third round.
