The "Bands you like" thread got me thinking, what bands are named after geographic regions? Towns, states, countries, rivers, mountains, etc.
Kansas
Boston
Chicago
Champaign
ADDED:
Asia
America
Alabama
Europe
Nazareth
Flo Rida
Florida-Georgia Line
Ohio Players
Miami Sound Machine
New York Dolls
TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)
George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers
Baltimora
Georgia Satellites
The Amboy Dukes
Atlantic Starr
Atlanta Rhythm Section
Tennessee Ernie Ford
Pirates Of The Mississippi
Parmalee
Trans-Siberian Orchestra
There's got to be more. Thoughts?
EDIT: I'll add them to the initial post as people bring them up
Two more: Asia and America.
I forgot
Alabama
Europe
Nazareth
There's also Flo Rida and Florida-Georgia Line
Ohio Players
Miami Sound Machine
Not named for a region/city but rather for a bridge: Linkin' Bridge
New York Dolls
TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)
George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers
Baltimora
Georgia Satellites
The Amboy Dukes
Atlantic Starr
Atlanta Rhythm Section
And then if you want to get into names:
John Denver
Tony Orlando and Dawn
Thelma Houston
John Hartford
Tennessee Ernie Ford
Pirates Of The Mississippi
Michael Jackson (Miss, TN)
Conway Twitty (AR)
Whitney Houston (TX)
The band Parmalee is named after the town of Parmalee, North Carolina.
Maybe not exactly in the spirit of the thread, but: The E Street Band.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra
The Terrell County Bs, also known as the Terrell County Basturds. They're based in Terrell County, Texas. They're not exactly famous, but they draw crowds in Sanderson, where there's nothing else to do.

The Scottish band Bay City Rollers got their name by randomly throwing a dart at a map of the United States. It landed near Bay City, Michigan.
