As I wrote on FB: Whew! Finally done. Not many emailed changes, although loads of changes from headlines. I also recommend that folks look at the legislation page (loads of interesting stuff there), and the CTC minutes uncovered quite a few gems -- do take a look at all the emergency SHOPP allocations due to the storms.
