The Archives of Michigan has the 1960 map scanned and online already (http://seekingmichigan.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/singleitem/collection/p129401coll3/id/5327/rec/6). They're slowly scanning the various other maps, and as they're found, they're being added to a citation template on Wikipedia. The full list of citable maps, complete with links where possible can be found here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Cite_MDOT_map/testcases).
