Forms to make openings in the concrete bridge railing on a replacement bridge in San Antonio shifted during drying, making the openings out of line.  Some line up all right except being slightly out of line vertically, while others came out almost diagonal to adjacent openings.

And the first article even mentions the "bridge to nowhere"!  Who knew that term, first coined by KDOT in reference to a project in Johnson County (KS) would make its way into an article in a Dallas publication about a bridge in San Antonio?
