I think many of us have clinched the same interstate multiple times in our driving careers. So what interstate do you think you've clinched the most? We can throw mainline and 3di answers up in here. I reckon that means there are probably a few of you who clinch an interstate twice every weekday. ;)
For me, it's I-39. I'm probably up to at least a dozen clinches of this one since I first checked it off in 2003. I did it once again in the last month.
For a 3di clinch, it's gotta be I-894, though I-535 is up there too.
I-290, but only a few times. I have clinched I-88 (NY) and I-291 (MA) once each. Now, if MA 213 was an Interstate...
Unsigned I-296 in Michigan. I've probably clinched that hundreds of times.
For 2di's, I-65 (KY) and I-24 (GA) have been done six times (three each way).
I-17 dozens of times. The good thing is that it's also one of the more scenic Interstates which keeps it from getting boring.
Probably either I-295 in DC or I-695 in DC. I-395 would seem more likely, but I almost never use the portion at its northern end between New York Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue. I use I-695 in its entirety on a regular basis driving home from hockey games.
I-795 in North Carolina. I used to live in Fremont (my hometown), as well as Goldsboro. Hell, I even drove it numerous times back when it first opened in 2006 and was initially signed as US-117 before it became I-795 in October 2007.
Probably the various x80s in the Bay Area, in particular, 280, 380, 580 and 880.
I-895 Virginia oh wait.
If 3dis count, I've clinched 375 in St. Pete dozens of times, if not hundreds.
Clinched in one sitting
2di: I've clinched these 4 or 5 times all at once - I-12, I-59, and I-68
3di: by far I have driven I-585 completely more than any other
Clinched in totality (e.g. I've passed through all of the exits at least X times)
2di: probably I-26 but I-68 may run a close second
3di: I-295 in Virginia followed by I-585 and I-526
I'm not sure where to even begin. But if I were to hazard a guess, it'd be somewhere amongst the following:
I-35W MN
I-66
I-110 MS
I-165 AL
I-189 VT
I-270 MD
I-293 NH
I-295 DE/NJ (pre-95/PTC interchange)
I-295 DC/MD
I-380 IA
I-394 MN
I-395 DC/VA
I-464 VA
I-476 PA
I-564 VA
I-695 DC
I-610 LA
I-787 NY
894 and 794 dank up ther quite a bit. Closest 2di is I-41
I-355. Been end-to-end many, many times. More than I can remember at this point.
For 2DIs, it's I-88 NY without a doubt. I have clinched that thing at least half a dozen times in the past year alone. I-84 (eastern) is up there, as is I-78. Believe it or not, I have only clinched I-87 twice because of the part north of Plattsburgh.
If we're including 3DIs, 290 NY, 787, 684, 670 OH are my guesses.
For me, it's going to be I-890 hands down with I-787 a distant second. Trying to think of 2dis, there aren't many I've covered all of multiple times. Probably I-88 would lead, but I don't do the Schenectady-Schoharie part very often. I think I have all of I-44 a few times over. I-78 might be in there, but I haven't hit the part east of the NJTP too often. I've gotten I-97 a few times, but that's really just a misnumbered 3di. Others I can think of that I've likely clinched at least several times over are all 3dis: I-190 in Massachusetts, I-271, I-290 in Massachusetts, I-295 in Maryland/DC, I-475 in Georgia, I-495 in Delaware, I-595 in Florida, and I-895 in Maryland.
465, there have been days I've actually drove all 53 miles in a day for different trips.
I-684, just about every time I've made the Philly-New England round-trip for over 27 years.
Probably I-535. I-694 is probably up there as well.
I-184 without a doubt. Don't quite clinch it on my normal commute route (I take the last exit before it becomes just US-20/26), but overall I've still clinched it dozens of times. Moving soon to a different part of town though, after that I won't do it much.
Oregon I-405, followed by Oregon/Washington I-205, then Oregon I-105.
Honorable mentions to South Dakota I-190 and Montana I-115.
In order of frequency:
I-590
I-490
I-290
I-390
I could easily clinch I-590 every day - although my default commute does not involve doing it, I could easily incorporate it. I do so probably once a week or so on average. I-390 and I-490 I don't think I've ever clinched in one sitting. I drive different segments of them quite frequently though, so depending on when you start counting, I'll probably clinch I-490 within two weeks and I-390 within a month. I-290, OTOH, I always do in one sitting - some twenty-odd times a year.
Actual clinch volume for all of the above must be well into the hundreds. I don't think there are any other interstates I clinch regularly.
2DI: Eastern I-84 from Dunmore, PA to Sturbridge, MA. Never in one pass. Closest would be Dunmore to CT Exit 35 (CT 72 East) on the Plainville/New Britain line heading east AND Sturbridge to NY Exit 20 (I-684 South) in Southeast heading west.
3DI: I-295 in Maine, I-293 in New Hampshire, I-290 and I-291 in Massachusetts, I-295 in Rhode Island, I-384 and I-691 (plus, technically, the 1 mile segment of I-684 in Greenwich) in Connecticut, I-287 and I-684 in New York.
I-675 (Michigan), I-475 (Michigan), I-375 (Michigan), I-275 (Michigan), I-496 (Michigan), I-96 (Michigan)
I-475 (Ohio), I-280 (Ohio)
I-294 (Illinois), I-290 (Illinois)
Clinching 3-di's isn't too difficult since most of them are pretty short in distance. Clinching I-96 was actually a difficult one for me. I started in Muskegon and went to Detroit. Actually I was at I-96's eastern terminus on Tuesday of this week and clinched I-375 for what seems to be 1 millionth time. Reason I-96 was difficult is because I live in Saginaw and the way I-96 runs it doesn't serve any purpose to go from one end to the other for me unless I was going from Muskegon to Detroit or vice versa.
My best guess would be I-370 (MD). I lived in Gaithersburg for a while, and pretty much every time I wanted to go into DC would involve me using all of I-370 to reach the Shady Grove Metro station.
Can I count I-270 Spur separately from the mainline? I probably drove between Atlanta and the DC suburbs at least a dozen times, and typically used that at least once each time, depending on the route I chose (I-81 got old after a while, but I'd have still gone that way taking the US 29 route).
Other contenders might be I-675 and I-475 (GA), useful when visiting family in Florida.
I57, a lot...all of it, even the bit in AR that is Future 57. All of the damn time.
Interstate 22...all of it, a lot, even before it was connected to 65. Extremely frequently
I24, All of it...frequently.
PA Turnpike Mainline, moderately frequently.
I81 between TN and I-78 in PA a lot, not often for north of there though.
90 between chicago and Cleveland, and 80 between i-55 and i-81 a lot. For partials as well.
I295 NJ,95 PA,195 NJ, 676,276,287 for my local area
there are a lot more, but due to my job it is kinda cheating.
CA: 205, 380, 680, 880, and especially 980. Edit: and 238 many, many times. But 238 shouldn't count. :)
TX: 635
WI: 894
2di: That one's tougher because I've never lived near short ones. I could probably say 97 and be not far off, but that would be cheating. Maybe something like 12? Edit: Duh, 30. Probably more than any other 2DI by a factor of at least 2.
I had to really think about this, but I think the answer for me would be Interstate 475 in Georgia. I have been on the entirety of I-475 somewhere from five to ten times in my life. Most of these times were on trips to Orlando, Florida. Since I-475 begins and ends on I-75, this is an easy Interstate to clinch many times if you often travel to Orlando from parts farther north in the South and Midwest. Interstate 475 is a western bypass of Macon, Georgia for through I-75 traffic - this is why it is the route we usually take when passing through the Macon area on the way to Orlando (or other points south, such as Cape Canaveral). I don't think any Interstate - 2di or 3di - compares to the amount of times I've clinched I-475 (GA) in my entire life.
I-215 in Utah. I’ve never clinched it all in one sitting (since it’s a beltway route), and I drive some parts more than others, but I’ve traveled all the segments many times.
I’ve clinched I-225 four times, each time in one sitting, getting to and from the Denver airport. (That one is an easy clinch, since it’s only 12 miles and gets you to the airport from the south suburbs.)
As for 2dis, I clinched I-82 twice. Once on a road trip to Seattle, and once on the way back.
Definitely I-595 (FL), followed by I-565 (AL) at least 10 times each. Less so with I-395 and I-195 in Miami, and 3-4 times with I-475 and I-285.
Not sure if I've clinched I-12 more than twice, but that would be the only 2di that I've clinched more than once.
Either I-985 for family/sightseeing or Georgia's I-675 as a short-term commute route.
It would have to be I-68 for me, although I don't have an exact count.
For 3DIs, until it was decommissioned and absorbed by I-26, I-181 would have been the clear winner. With it gone, I'd probably have to guess now that I-471 wins. I-164 would have ranked up there as well, but it's since been absorbed by I-69.
I-283 for sure.
As for 2di, almost certainly I-83.
Nexus 6P
Definitely I-894. For 2dis, likely I-43.
I have only done all of I-41 a couple of times since it was designated.
Mike
Another one would be the original stretch of I-69 but now that it goes much further south I haven't done any of it south of Indy only Port Huron to Indy.
I've also clinched I-75 in Michigan but not in one setting.
I-664 is the clear winner here, given that I clinched it twice a day four days per week when I worked in Chesapeake. Runners-up would have to be I-295, I-464, or I-126.
As for 2dis, I'd have to go with I-64, of which I've driven over every inch of pavement at least 4 times.
I'm actually not sure I've ever clinched any 2di more than once (the only one that I can think I may have was the eastern 88), but in terms of state segments clinched I-35 MN would be my winner.
I-540 around Raleigh by far. I don't think I've done any 2dis multiple times, unless you count the southern I-87.
I was going to say I-220 in LA, but I realized since I lived between 2 exits, I nearly always drove the eastern or western half, and rarely drove the part between exits 5 and 7.
So I-49 before it was a truly inter-state highway would be mine. Between I-10 and I-20
iPhone
2DI: I-97 by default (only 2DI I've clinched)
3DI: I-691, hands down. I-291 in CT is a distant 2nd, followed by I-291 in MA, I-384, I-290 (MA), I-684, I-391, then the field of the roads listed below in my signature line.
In order:
I-405 (too many too count)
I-205 (twice)
I-105 (once)
I-190 (once)
Ummm... This is awkward, I need to go on a road trip (a good one) but I'm just a kid in high school now.
LG-TP260
I-579 hands down.
I-459. I've driven the portion from I-59/20 to I-20 at least a dozen times, and I've done the rest of it (terminus to terminus) at least three or four times now.
I-535. Used to clinch it quite frequently when I lived in Superior.
Just about every 3di in the cities where I've lived.
IL: 190, 290, 294, 355
CA: 105, 405, 110, 210, 710
WA: 405, 705
For me, I-190, followed by I-290 (both the Mass versions).
I actually commuted between exit 1 and the northern end of 190 daily for 6 years, had I just gone down to 290 I would have completed all of 190 thousands of times. I imagine anyone who lived in that Fitchburg/Leominster area that commutes into downtown Worcester would achieve that feat.
I-280 in Ohio. Living about a mile away helps me clinch this one about once a month, if not more. Any trip I have to make to Fremont or Fostoria is an instant clinch for me.
I-475 in Ohio is a little harder to clinch unless I intentionally do it. If I'm heading to Perrysburg or Maumee, it's easier to take I-75 or OH-25.
I-140 in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have been up and down it probably more than 15 times in my life.
I clinched I-375 in Detroit four times today alone.
For me probably i195 in NJ or 295 in Florida..
The only 2dis I ever clinched are i4 and i97
Z981
2di: I-97
3di: one of the I-291's (it's debatable which); I-240(TN), I-440(TN), I-185(GA), I-895(MD) would be the next tranche down
QC: A-35
I-88 in Illinois. I haven't lived in a position that would make sense for me to clinch any 3dis more than a couple times, and I haven't clinched too many more 2dis.
Hazarding a few guesses:
3di's: I-680 (CA), I-205 (CA), I-280 (CA), I-880 (CA), I-780 (CA), I-205 (OR/WA). Have clinched most of I-580 several times, but the section between I-205 & I-5 only sporadically. When I was working down in L.A. area, the Interstates clinched regularly were I-210, I-605, I-215, and I-105; the other regional 3di's were clinched occasionally but not regularly.
2di's: Clinched several times: I-5, I-8. Clinched a few times: I-82, I-84 (W). Pretty much all other clinches have been once or twice.
540 in Arkansas, 49 in Arkansas
I-43 from Green Bay to Milwaukee. I've been on it more times than I can count, and I regularly use a small part of it when I drive between my hometown and Madison. I'm not counting the segment from Milwaukee to Beloit because I've never taken that route.

Clinch means drive the
entire length (it doesn't have to be in a single trip). If you have never been on a particular section, you haven't clinched it.
ME I-295, too many times to count, though never in one sitting.
Distant second would be ME I-195 or MA I-290. Not quite sure which of these would eke out the other.
I haven't clinched any 2DIs multiple times.
I think the only 2DIs I've clinched are I-57 (current route from Chicago to Sikeston - not the Future I-57 in Arkansas) and I-24, and neither lots of times...Unless we want to count the Western/IL I-88, which I have clenched countless times
3DIs...
IN: I-465
IL: I-155, I-190, I-290, I-294, I-355. Most on that list would be 355, followed by 294

Given that others have mentioned state segment clinches, this one is not as off as you're attempting to put it. Nevermind that, at one point, Green Bay to Milwaukee *WAS* the entire length of I-43.
Probably I-695 in D.C., or I-270 Spur in Maryland (not the mainline, since it's pretty rare for me to drive the other branch of I-270 between the spur and I-495).
I-395 in Virginia/D.C. was part of my daily commute when I was working, but only from VA 27 to D St. NW in D.C. -- segments where I am weak are in D.C. between D St. and New York Avenue, and in Virginia VA 120 to VA 27.
MD-s I-495X: thousands of times; MD's I-270Y and I-595: hundreds of times (yes, I'm really stretching this); MD's I-370: somewhere in the double digits; DC's I-695, DC/VA's I-395, MD's I-270 and I-895, MD/DC I-295: several.
I-83 probably a few times more than I-97, but both in the single digits. All other 2 DI's: 0.
Interstate 380 in San Bruno:
- connecting between portions of South San Francisco can sometimes be much faster taking 380 instead of staying on surface streets in town
- Heading south from SF to San Jose, it's quicker to get to San Bruno via the Bayshore Freeway rather than 280's routing along the Southern Freeway in San Francisco's Oceanview neighborhood, then from there I can switch over via 380 to the Junipero Serra Freeway portion of 280 bypassing downtown San Mateo and downtown Redwood City.
- on some occasions going to and from Sharks games from SF, I end up clinching the route in both directions (say, 380 west on the southbound portion of the trip, 380 east on the northbound half) in the same outing
In NJ/NY it would have to be I-287. Interestingly, while I've clinched this road many times, I don't think I've ever done it in one sitting. For NJ/DE it's definitely I-295, that one I don't think I've ever not clinched in one sitting. For DE alone it would be I-495 (I'm not about to split hairs as to whether it enters PA. As far as I'm concerned, it's a DE route). For PA it would have to be I-380, I-180, and I-283. I don't think I've clinched any 2di multiple times, only segments of them.
Only interstates I've clinched more than twice are I-265, I-465 and I-865 in Indiana, I-190, I-290 and I-294 in Illinois, I-264 and I-265 in Kentucky, with I-265 in Indiana being by far the one I've clinched the most times.
Only 2di that I've clinched more than once is I-88(IL).
I-12
too many trips from Houston to the east coast
I-45
because, Dallas...
VA I-195 in Richmond. Use end to end several times a week, have done that for many years.
Mainline Interstate routes, hard to say. Probably I-66, handful of times total.
I-68, by far. Probably well over 100 times. No others in double digits.
3DI would be I-270 into DC. Probably 20 times.
Oregon's I-405. I can't even imagine what second place would be.
I-394 in MN. Not like it's hard to do, it's under 10 miles long! :-D
^ All the way to/from Washington Ave?
The road to Washington Ave is part of Exit 9C. I-394 ends at 3rd/4th Streets.
Either way, clinched numerous times. :-D
Here we go again with the I-394 east end discussion!

I clinch I-380 and I-205 in California just about every time that I drive on them. I also do the same to I-505 but drive it less frequently. I probably clinched I-205 at least 150 times per year between 1991 (when I moved to the Bay Area from Sacramento) and 1997 (when my then fiance'e did).
I have probably clinched I-196 somewhere between 10 and 100 times, but I also live in West Michigan.
I have clinched I-12 at least twice, possibly three times.

That's what MnDOT wants you to think. But per their Logpoint (and shapefiles), Washington Ave is the actual terminus.

😌
For me, it's probably I-865, as Indianapolis always seems to be in the way of where I want to go east of there.
Locally, it's I-294, but I have completed the western I-88. I've also been at probably 5 of the endpoints of I-74, but need to fill in a bunch of miles in between.
Let's twist things around - what if we count "secret" interstates (ones with an unsigned designation), then what are our answers? :hmmm: :spin:
The new answer is obvious for me. I said I-475 (GA) before (under normal circumstances), but now my answer is clearly the unsigned I-124 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Interstate 124 is "secretly" designated over the US 27 freeway in downtown Chattanooga from I-24 to the beginning of the P R Olgiati Bridge over the Tennessee River. This is a very short stretch of (unsigned) interstate, and it is in my neck of the woods (since I live nearby in Dalton, GA), so I have literally been on I-124 and clinched it too many times to count or even be able to guess the exact number. With this fun little twist in the criteria, I-124 (TN) now largely trumps I-475 (GA) (my original answer for this thread, under the normal circumstances) regarding the interstate which I have clinched the most times.
Here is my source for confirming Interstate 124 information: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_124
Now that you mention unsigned interstates, I've done I-595 in Maryland several times.
Not sure that I previously mentioned it, but if former/decommissioned interstates count, I-181 in Tennessee would be up there for me. And if you count interstates that have been renumbered, I-275 in Tennessee would be on my list, because we used it often when it was part of I-75 and we would go to Gatlinburg to vacation in my youth.

That wouldn't change anything for me. The only unsigned Interstate I'm certain I've been on is Maryland's I-595, and I've only clinched that once. I
may have been on I-124 on a visit to Chattanooga as a kid over 20 years ago, but I'm not positive (and at any rate, I'm pretty sure we didn't cross the river, so I probably didn't clinch it).
I clinched I-675 in Michigan last night for the 1,000,000th time.
I-635 (MO/KS)
I-670 (MO/KS)
I-470 (MO)
I-480 (NE/IA)
I-680 (NE/IA)
I-235 (IA)
I-490 (OH)
I-277 (OH)
I-190 in IL with all the times I've picked people up and then head back east onto I-90.
IL-390 is a close second as I've used it frequently to go west during rush hour, not much traffic uses it yet
I-10 is the one I taken the most, since it passes through the Coachella valley in Indio and north of Palm Springs (its city limits). The one I taken the least in my life is I-40 from CA to OK (Tulsa to be exact...and back). And when I visited France twice in my life to see my Dad's side of family, I went on their freeways or highways (4x, 2 on each trip from Paris north to St. Omer, my Dad's hometown).

These are segments of those interstates. The OP is asking which ones you've clinched in their entirety the most. I'm fairly certain that plenty of us drive particular segments of interstates often for either business or pleasure.

I've clinched both 305 (CA) and 345 (TX) more times that I can count.
I used to do I-980 about weekly, but no longer. Still probably my most-clinched Interstate though.
Of the 2-di's, I would have to say I-24, have completed it numerous times.
3-di's probably shouldn't count, frequent ones that come to mind 164-Evansville, 465-Indianapolis, 264-Louisville, 265-Louisville, 270-St Louis, 840-Nashville (that one should count as a 2-di)
I'm sure I've clinched I-195 (VA) at least 50 times over by now.
Also multiple clinches:
I-66

I-35W (TX) – clinched 10 times
For 2di's, it's a 3-way tie between 8, 66, & 82, with 4 times each. I-68 and the western I-86 are tied for 2nd with 3X, and the only other (2X) multiple clinches would be the western I-76 and the western I-88. For 3di's, it's likely I-880 has taken the crown (I'm up & down it at least once per week and have been since about 2015). Essentially I've clinched every 3di in CA at least twice, some (210, 215, 280, 605, 680, etc.) multiple times (never ran a count!). Out of state, clinched I-205 OR/WA quite a few times when I was living up there, also -- due to multiple relatives in the area -- I-170 & I-270 in St. Louis metro. I can only wildly speculate about clinches of 3di's elsewhere -- although I-278 in NY metro comes to mind as a possibility.

Not sure if 35W counts as a 2di, anyway.
Other than that, the only 2di I've ever clinched is I-27, and that was back in the 90s.
Probably Oregon-Washington I-205. Been up and down the west coast a bunch of times and almost always take the Portland bypass. But I don't get to count an I-5 clinch very often because I'm usually only heading to the S.F. Bay Area and don't drive I-5 south of Dunnigan very often.
I believe the only 2di I ever clinched is I-88 in Illinois. I probably did it 4 times for sure, maybe more.
For 3di's, it's safe to say it is I-480 in Omaha, from back when I lived in the Omaha area. I-180 in Lincoln is probably second. Third is either I-235 in Des Moines or I-229 in Sioux Falls.
Definitely the unsigned I-296. Too many times to keep count. Best estimate is 200+. For signed interstates, I-196 with 10+ clinches. For a 2DI, tie between I-66 and I-96.
I was surprised to figure out I've clinched I-66 the same amount as the close-to-home I-96. Mostly because I visit DC as often as I visit Detroit (about once a year).

I always considered both 35Ws to be 3dis since 35E carries the mile markers (and in Minnesota, the legal definition of I-35 as well).
I-384 by a long shot. Next would be I-291.

For me it would have to be I-190 (IL) followed closely by I-290 (IL)-both too numerous to count.
That is, of course, until I-42 becomes a full fledged reality. Even then, though, it will take me some time to multi-clinch the as yet unbuilt new sections of bypasses that will be part of the I-42 routing. I have clinched the current configuration of Future I-42 many many times, but that obviously doesn't include the Kinston and Havelock bypasses.
Interstate 97. It's easy to clinch.
If we're strictly talking about single-shot end-to-end trips, I don't know for sure I've ever done that more than once for an Interstate. Of the handful I have, I think the answer would be I-283, but that's so short it's hard not to do.

I clinch I-380, I-205, and I-210 in California basically every time that I drive on them. The same pretty much goes for I-780 and I-505, but I don't drive on them as much.
Considering that I have family (including my then fiance'e, now ex, when I first moved here) in and around Sacramento and live in the Bay Area, my guess is that I have clinched I-205 about over 1000 times over the past 30 years. I am sure that there are people who live near Stockton and work near Livermore who might clinch I-205 as often as 4 to 6 times per day. There may be some delivery drivers who follow that route who may do it more often than that. Commuters who have to drive it every day would clinch it about 500 times per year, even if they don't go home for lunch.
By virtue of being short, I-380 is a relatively easy clinch -AND- has the advantage of being a route that ends basically at SFO, so my guess is that there may be delivery or long-term parking shuttle drivers who clinch it 50ish times per shift. That would be 1000 times per month. It would make my 1000 clinches of I-205 or even a commuter's 10000 clinches over 20 years look like a rare trip.

Yikes, I probably didn't need to inundate everyone with so much detail, but not much has changed here. With one big exception: for the first time in my life, I haven't been on I-290 in over a year.
3di: either I-471, I-670 (OH), I-675 (OH) or I-865 for me. I don't know the exact frequency, as I don't go on any of them that much (about 2-3x a year) anyways. The ones I've traveled on the most (and clinched from putting together segments from various trips) include I-275 (OH), I-270 (OH) and I-270 (MO), but those are more difficult to clinch as a full beltway, and I had to go out of my way to get my last untraveled segment of I-275 a couple of months ago.
2di: I have 2 2di clinched (I-71 and I-78), but going to go with I-78 as I think I've been on the entire routing of it more than the Columbus-Cleveland section of I-71. For the one I traveled on the most, I-71 hands down, with I-75, I-74, I-70 and I-64 behind it in that order.
The number in parenthesis indicates the number of times I've clinched that particular route (or for 2dis that I've clinched it would be the minimum number of passes on any given stretch).

I somehow got suckered into taking this job of driving this trailer to and from Florida and I get paid pretty good for it so I don't mind doing it. So this was four trips I drive this trailer down to Florida in January and drive it back to Michigan in April but I fly back in January and fly down in April. Still no I have all of I-75 clinched multiple times as I've driven back and forth to Florida several times.
Honestly I've had I-75 clinch since the late 1990s. Actually in 1995 I went down to spring break I remember and my dad missed the exit for I-475 so I had the stretch in Macon between the both ends of I-475 clinched back then.
I'll add I-85 to an interstate I've been on a number of times, and with finally clinching the northern segment between US-58 and I-95 last year, have clinched every part of that highway from Petersburg to Montgomery.
Have also driven I-37 between Corpus Christi and San Antonio a number of times, and have managed to hit every segment of it as well at some point.

I have all the Interstate's in Michigan clinched but I'm pretty sure I've clinched I-75 more than I have I-96 even though I-96 is a much, much shorter Interstate. I don't have I-94 clinched and now I guess I can say I don't have I-69 clinched anymore since it now exists south of Indy. I do have the Port Huron to Indy (the original I-69) clinched though.
I-69 would probably be second on my list for 2di's followed by I-96.
I-375 or I-475 would be next on my 3di list. I-375 is so short that you can clinch that without even really trying and I-475 serves as a good alternate to I-75 bypassing the US-23 to I-69 stretch.

I-675 which I mentioned is above I-75, I-275, I-375, I-475, I-496 and I-696 are all higher than I-75 too as well as maybe even I-280 in Toledo.
I-75 is a pain to clinch though mainly because of the distance involved but the traffic adds to the nightmare especially around Atlanta, Cincinnati and Detroit. By the time you get to Miami there are other highways to contend with and I never really knew where I-75 ended on the south end until recently. I've been over the International Bridge in the Soo a few times but honestly I don't have too many 2di's clinched.
2di-Never clinched
3di- I-780, I-305, I-680 and I-280.
3-digit, in order from most to least (all of these at least 10): 471 (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky), 280 (Toledo: used for any trips from Detroit to the northeast), 270 (Denver), 238 & 205 (NorCal: I had a consulting gig in Modesto for a few years and always flew into SFO and drove).
2-digit has to be the western 76. I'd guess that's up to around 20 times over the years. 74 is likely next, something like 3 clinches of that (did Cinci-Indy a lot but didn't do Peoria-Davenport that much).
(I've lived in Detroit, State College PA, Cincinnati and Denver, FWIW. Despite living in Detroit, I don't think I have 10+ clinches at all of 275, 696 of 375 --- although all of them have been at least once)
