US 11/US 70 and US 441 in Knoxville.
With US 11/70 having been rerouted along Neyland, the routes no longer intersect or have a concurrency with 441. Instead, they run beneath the bridge that takes 441 across the Tennessee River.
US 129 almost counts, but there is a ramp from 11/70 to northbound 129, and a ramp from NB 129 to 11/70.
Bus 165 and the US 167 freeway in Pineville, LA.

US-58 and US-311 outside of Danville. GMaps shows US-311 turning left to meet 58 at the end of the bypass, but (IIRC) the VDOT log shows it ending at US-58 Business.
U.S. 30 and U.S. 183 - a Nebraska Link highway connects them.
US 212 and US 169 in Edina, MN - access is made via MN 62
US 20 and US 52/61/151 in Dubuque, IA - access made by local streets
US 20 and 219 in Orchard Park NY, connection is through NY 179 Milestrip Rd
US 36/US 62 near Howard, OH. Local streets make the connection.
US 6 and US 218 in Coralville, IA. 218 is concurrent with I-380 in that area, and the connection to US 6 is made via an exit off of I-80.
US 5 and US 6 is close but there's a single on-ramp for I-84 W.
Also US 206 and US 1 in Trenton.
US 6 and US 34 in Lincoln, NE.

That is actually unsigned Iowa 946. Still a local street, so to speak, but a state road nonetheless.
US 51 and US 80 in Jackson, MS. US 80 runs beneath I-55/US 51. US 51 does not run along State St as most would suppose.

This isn't quite the same. but I-44 "blows off" US 177 near Warwick, OK.

I had actually been thinking about starting a thread of Interstates and US routes that cross only once and do not intersect.
