Two interchanges in Florida on I-95 with the same guide destinations.

This used to happen on I-29 in Missouri with two US 59/Oregon exits.  Now the southern exit is labeled as US 59 North/Oregon.
NB I-29 at Exit 67 in 2009 (https://goo.gl/maps/MUy5E7mhMbB2)
NB I-29 at Exit 75 (https://goo.gl/maps/oBu59Yz9RYv)

It might occur elsewhere in Missouri for two interchanges with a route of the same letter but no control cities.

It happens also in in Florida at where both I-10 and I-75 interchange with US 129.  They both have their exchanges between the two cities of Live Oak and Jasper along US 129, so therefore both freeways have the guide read US 129 (shield) and Live Oak- Jasper (or in reverse) as their control cities.

Also along I-75 for both North Port exits in Sarasota County before the county route shields and street names were added had this situation.

I-90/94 in WI, Exits 85 and 87 are both Wisconsin Dells. The two other Dells exits (89 and 92) have other controls.

I-435 has two exits for NW Cookingham Drive on the north side of Kansas City (36 (https://goo.gl/maps/W6tDciqtDr32) & 40 (https://goo.gl/maps/RiKc3rQhcm22)). However, Exit 36 westbound is signed as "KCI Airport TO South I-29".

Garden State Parkway Southbound
Exit 36: Atlantic City

Exit 38 (now A): Atlantic City
https://www.google.com/maps/@39.4100596,-74.5550392,3a,75y,6.69h,79.2t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1syiZNQGdM8DfCNJmx1D-iTQ!2e0!5s20170701T000000!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1

Northbound, I believe all mentions of Atlantic City are gone from Exit 37

This happens on I-81 in Upstate NY, with all the interchanges for US 11.

Generally, there is at least some differentiating feature, like "Tinker Tavern Rd" or "Front St" (or whatever), but I'm pretty sure there are at least two different exits with just US 11 shields.

On I-35 in Oklahoma's Arbuckle Mountains, you get US-77 Turner Falls Area, then Scenic Turnout, then US-77 Turner Falls Area, then Scenic Turnout.

Is that a sign sequence or an actual exit sequence?

Yep, exits 47 and 51 are the Turner Falls Area exits. I remember the first time I went through there I was a little kid and thought we were caught in a time loop or something.

If you have the time to take US-77 through the Arbuckles, though, do it, it's a much nicer view.

Interestingly, the "To U S 11" designations in Oswego County on I-81 were added in the late 1970s, before it was just "Tinker Tavern Rd" for Exit 35.

Exit 38 is the only I-81 exit in New York that has U S 11 signed all by itself and for the life of me I've never figured out why that exit is there. Exit 39 Mannsville is 1 1/2 miles to the north and Exit 37 Sandy Creek is 1 1/2 miles to the south. It's not an overly populated area. At first I thought I-81 might have ended there at one time but I don't believe that's the case.

Anyway, US 11 on I-81 in New York is a solo feature only at one interchange, Exit 38.

I-390 northbound; Exits 4 & 5 are both:
[36]
Dansville
(Southbound Exit 4 also has Hornell)

Unti recent reconstruction, Harpers Ferry Rd in Waterbury, CT was (and still is) Exit 25 eastbound and the now closed Exit 24 westbound.  Another one was in New Haven on I-95 where CT 10 was Exit 45 southbound and Exit 44 northbound.  However, reconstruction and the closing of the Kimberly Ave exit ramp southbound has made them both Exit 44.
On I-91 in Springfield, MA, MA 83 is Exit 2 northbound and Exit 4 southbound.

:banghead:
Of course! I don't know how I forgot; I guess because they're different southbound.

I thought there was another sole US-11 for some reason, but I guess not.
