Are people planning in Canada having massive weed parties or something come October that it required a PSA? I honestly wasn't even sure was the legality status was up in Canada.

It will be interesting but and can't see massive weed parties happening.In my province it will be available in our government run NSLC...where we buy beer, wine and liquor now.
