This is the first time I've ever heard of a SH 11B. I have never seen it on any of the city, county, state, traffic count or control section maps that I have. I have over 4,000 files on my hard drive of maps and documents about Oklahoma roads and I don't recall ever seeing it. Note that the claim is unsourced. Could this be The Buffoon making stuff up again?
The user that added it has a username of Esau Benitez J. 2, and the claim was added in June 2018.
I junked it. Can't find any evidence of it anywhere it should be.
