Sign fail  (https://katv.com/news/local/overhead-sign-falls-onto-interstate-in-little-rock-causes-crash) on I-440 near Little Rock
Make me wonder about all the new exit signs coming for I-49

				A real-life horror story indeed.

It looks like the mounting brackets are still on the gantry.  How exactly are those signs attached?

Here's the machine ARDOT will use to shake the old panels loose. The claw in the foreground grips the sign gantry post.

Y'all might want to take another look at those signs. That gantry is on I-30, NOT I-440.

Hmmm...the article suggests 440.

The sign reminded me of that moving sign in Calgary who was filmed in 2012.

That may be, but take it from someone who once lived in the Little Rock area.  Since when is there any signage on I-440 for I-630 and using the exit numbering for I-30. Trust me, I know that bloomin' highway, and that is on I-30 EB, just past I-440 and I-530. In face, the sign that came down was for Exit 139A - AR 365/Roosevelt Rd.
