West 63rd street at Broadway is getting named Sesame street.
This isn't a bandit thread?
Can you tell me how to get, how to get to the 'Sesame Street' intersection? (Jest)

Naming an intersection like a street and then signing it with a street name blade sounds like a great way to confuse people.

Why not just rename all of 63rd St. to Sesame St.?

Or even just that one Broadway-bisected block between 8th and 9th - 63rd doesn't directly continue either side due to Lincoln Square and Central Park anyway - starting back up at 5th and between 10 and 11th.
Renaming an intersection a street. Smart. Perfectly logical behavior.
